YOUR FIRST EXPERIENCE

WELCOME

You’ll sense that we are not your average dentist office the instant you walk through our doors. As our patient, we plan that your first stay with us changes the way you feel about “the dentist”.

IT BEGINS WITH A CHAT

Before the magic happens, Dr. Daniel will sit down and meet with you. He believes in building relationships to get to know his patients. In person, where you can ask general questions and discuss your concerns about dental care or anything you need to address. We want to get to know you as a person; in addition to understanding your oral healthcare needs. We value the relationships we get to create here at Santa Cruz Dental Care.

FROM CHAT TO CHAIR

Following your one-on-one meeting with Dr. Daniel, you can get comfortable in one of our massage chairs and start streaming your favorite music or TV show, all while we take care of your oral healthcare needs. As a new patient you’ll receive digital X-rays, an oral health assessment and exam, a full cleaning, and complimentary cosmetic consultation.

On your next appointment you will notice some changes to help protect our patients and staff:

Patients will be asked to wear a face mask before entering and while in the office.

Patients will be asked not to bring others into the office, unless they are a parent/guardian of a minor patient, or caretaker of a patient.

Patients will be screened for COVID 19 related symptoms when making an appointment and again upon arrival.

Social distancing will be managed by our staff to increase everyone’s safety.

Only one patient with family/caregiver will be allowed in the reception area at one time.

Hand sanitizer will be provided and we request that everyone use it upon entering and leaving the office.

PATIENT SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY!
